Reserve your Quarter or Half Grass Fed and Grass Finished Beef now with a Non Refundable Deposit. The remainder of your beef purchase will be due upon pick up. Please choose what size bulk beef (Quarter or Half) you are reserving from the drop down menu above.
The beef is taken to a family owned, New Mexico USDA butcher, is hung to dry age for 14 to 21 days and then available for free pick up at our farm in Tome.
Price includes USDA processing and clear, vacuum wrapping. **Please note, Ground Beef will be 1 pound packages. Most steaks will be individually wrapped 1 per package. Also included, in addition to the standard beef cuts (steaks, roasts, ground beef), are several pounds of USDA processed Beef Bones and Offal.

$150 deposit required to order, with the balance due upon delivery or pick up.
Half Beef Bulk
